Lisa is the Living Services Coordinator at Minds In Motion Initiative and has a heart for helping people. She has 25 years of experience in tech support and has spent the last two decades thriving in support roles across various industries. Lisa and her husband Shawn were foster parents for eleven years, specializing in teenage fathers and babies exposed to substances in utero. Caregiving has remained a central part of her life. Lisa is excited about celebrating people’s individuality through autonomy support and meeting them where they’re at. She is now raising four amazing kids alongside her husband, a traumatic brain injury survivor whose strength inspires her daily. Lisa enjoys camping, crafting, and kayaking, often all in the same weekend.
